If you have cryptocurrency on another platform or wallet, you can transfer them to your Lumetrade account in a few steps.
Few things to check before sending crypto to VALR:
- Make sure to check if the asset you wish to transfer is available / listed on Lumetrade - You can go to the "Receive" page in the left navigation menu and search for that asset.
You can receive crypto from an external wallet to your Lumetrade wallet by following the below steps:
- Go to the "Receive" page on the let navigation menu.
- Search for the crypto you wish to receive in Lumetrade.
- Select the correct network option (USDT has both Ethereum and Tron options).
- Scan the QR code or copy the address shown below.
- Use this address as the withdrawal address (or sometimes called the send address) when sending from an external wallet.
As a precaution, it is recommended that you do a small test before you transfer a larger amount to ensure you have all details correct.
Confirmations: Most deposits are received within a few mins; however, depending on the asset, the blockchain, and congestion/speed it can take some time for the blocks to get validated.
Important:
- Please ensure you send the correct asset to the correct wallet address. For example, sending anything other than bitcoin (BTC) to a BTC address, will result in a permanent loss of your crypto.
- Please ensure you enter the correct Destination TAG when sending or receiving XRP.
